In October, Jair Bolsonaro was elected president of Brazil. He represents a serious threat to women, the Black community, the LGBTQ community, and workers throughout Brazil. Bolsonaro is the latest in a series of frightening right-wing figures rising to power globally. At the same time, an enormous social movement has developed to challenge Bolsonaro. Join us for a discussion about politics in Brazil and how Brazilian activists are fighting back.
