News emerged this week that Amazon pitched their facial-recognition system “Rekognition” to ICE for targeting immigrants. Come join us on the scariest day of the year as we disguise ourselves as Jeff Bezos to bring attention to this terrifying technology.

We are coming together to urge Amazon employees to keep pushing Bezos to stop selling their facial recognition technology. Amazon must also cancel their existing contracts with ICE, Palantir, and law enforcement agencies that will use their services to crack down on communities of color. Join us! Demonstration begins at noon, with rally at 12:30 pm.

We will gather outside the Amazon Spheres at noon.
2111 7th Ave, Seattle, WA 98121

Accessibility info: We will be gathering outdoors, on the sidewalk and steps outside the Amazon Spheres. The Spheres are .4 miles from the Westlake Light Rail station (about a 10 minute walk), and close to several bus lines.
